About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve subject-specific learning content based on provided guidelines.
- Provide pedagogical support to adult learners undergoing career changes, including those switching industries or with migration backgrounds.
- Prepare participants for IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) certification, including written exams, project work, and oral assessments.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with the internal course team.
Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in the healthcare sector within the specified subject areas.
- Pedagogical or didactic qualification (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification) or several years of experience in adult education.
- Aptitude for working with career changers, demonstrating patience and clear communication with diverse groups.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and openness to using AI in didactics.
- Reliability, structured work approach, and enthusiasm for working with clearly defined curricula.
