About the Role

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve subject-specific learning content based on provided guidelines.
Provide pedagogical support to adult learners undergoing career changes, including those switching industries or with migration backgrounds.
Prepare participants for IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) certification, including written exams, project work, and oral assessments.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with the internal course team.

Requirements

Relevant practical experience in the healthcare sector within the specified subject areas.
Pedagogical or didactic qualification (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification) or several years of experience in adult education.
Aptitude for working with career changers, demonstrating patience and clear communication with diverse groups.
Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and openness to using AI in didactics.
Reliability, structured work approach, and enthusiasm for working with clearly defined curricula.
