About the Role
Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features, defining clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership. Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams to design, develop, and launch new high-quality features. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Use the product daily to understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams to design, develop, and launch new high-quality features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
- Use the product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies
- A Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines
- Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation
