Responsibilities
- Design and independently optimize controlling processes and tools.
- Create, analyze, and comment on monthly and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in economic planning, budgeting, forecasts, and closing.
- Develop liquidity controlling and planning/forecast processes.
- Develop key performance indicator systems and controlling tools, and drive digitalization in controlling.
- Analyze economic contexts, evaluate opportunities and risks, and support management with well-founded decision proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university of applied sciences degree (e.g., Business Administration) or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience in internal and external accounting (especially cost and performance accounting).
- Very good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel (including complex analyses, pivot analyses, and data modeling).
- Sound knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence and reporting systems.
- Strong expertise to provide targeted consulting for the respective specialist area, especially in controlling (liquidity controlling, financial controlling, and reporting).
- German language skills at C1 level (GER).
