About the Role

This role focuses on shaping and delivering capability priorities to drive business performance, category growth, and customer engagement within EPDM Retail and AFH.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of commercial capability programmes.
  • Develop strategic capability frameworks aligned to business priorities.
  • Track impact through KPIs and analytics to demonstrate ROI.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to build buy-in and translate capability plans into business results.
  • Design and deliver capability programs that drive commercial performance, category growth, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic capability frameworks that align with business objectives and drive impact.
  • Define and track KPIs for capability programs, using analytics and benchmarks to refine learning interventions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Influence and partner with senior commercial leaders to secure buy-in and resources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to field teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a commercial role or in working with capabilities in the commercial organization.
  • Direct experience working in or with commercial functions.
  • Strong in project management and getting things done in an organized way.
  • Must have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included).
