About the Role

As an experienced Relationship Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio in the Wealth Management segment, providing comprehensive advice and fulfilling client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the market in Wealth Management. Your core competency is investment advice, covering all (securities) products and services within Wealth Management Select. You will conduct advisory discussions to a successful conclusion, leveraging your strong sales skills to present the full range of Wealth Management products and services, and involving specialists for complex client needs such as large-volume PMP, complex pension requirements, and construction financing. You will acquire new clients in the Wealth Management Select segment and grow business volume. You will provide holistic advice, adhering to regulatory requirements for securities business, and conduct structured strategy discussions using available tools and processes. You will utilize existing customer relationships and communication skills to gain new contacts and clients, and maintain personal customer relationships for long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a bank clerk; further training and/or a degree are desirable.
  • Advisory experience in the private customer sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MiFID-compliant advisory processes and product spectrum.
  • Sound knowledge in investments, including financial market developments.
  • Good experience in appointment scheduling to maximize customer potential.
  • High degree of customer and service orientation.
  • Confident, competent, and friendly demeanor towards clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team.
  • Demonstrate initiative and assertiveness.
