About the Role
The Superannuation Product team is responsible for managing and developing superannuation and insurance products. This role acts as the product lead and subject matter expert for regulatory reform and product development changes, driving collaboration and end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the product lead and subject matter expert across specific initiatives relating to regulatory reform changes and/or product development changes.
- Drive collaboration across various business areas, ensuring appropriate analysis of new regulatory or product development changes, impact assessment, and design of business response.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key product development initiatives, from inception and business case through to implementation and transition to business ownership.
- Capture, manage, and monitor business risks related to regulatory changes.
- Provide advice and guidance to the business in relation to impacts of regulatory change for the CFS product range.
Requirements
- Demonstrate solid financial services as well as product management experience.
- Strong understanding of the superannuation industry and surrounding regulatory environment.
- Previous experience in end-to-end delivery of strategic or regulatory projects.
- Strong focus on managing risk.
- Ability to develop working relationships across the wider CFS business.
- Strong ability to solve complex problems, drive and deliver outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have full work rights in Australia.
