About the Role
Max Mara is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Floor Manager for its Flagship Store in London, Old Bond Street. The role involves ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives by managing and developing assigned resources in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and coordinate assigned resources to achieve commercial results.
- Ensure Client Advisors maintain department spaces, including product organization and care.
- Guarantee the Customer Experience in the department meets company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team, including Operations Manager, Store Manager, and Sales Manager.
- Promote the growth and development of team members within the department.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and codes of conduct.
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize on-floor resource deployment based on customer needs.
- Foster team motivation in collaboration with the management team.
- Promote and integrate digital technologies in process management and stakeholder relationships.
- Champion operational and cultural actions related to Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and community well-being.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Floor Manager, preferably in fashion and/or luxury companies with structured retail organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong inclination for teamwork and human resource management.
- Results-driven with a passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
- Positive attitude, flexibility with working hours, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
