About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach (m/f/d) for our "Integration Management" project in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The central goal is sustainable placement into insured employment. You will support participants in recognizing their professional skills, developing realistic perspectives, and successfully entering the job market.
Responsibilities
- Individual coaching
- Conducting small group sessions
- Assessing and analyzing participants' individual strengths, skills, and experiences to identify their professional potential
- Supporting active job searching, selecting suitable job offers, and preparing for interviews
- Teaching media literacy skills
- Facilitating internships or other practical work experience for professional development and entry into the job market
- Documentation and reporting
- Advising on the recognition of foreign qualifications
- Working in a multidisciplinary team
- Competency assessment
- Optimizing application documents
- Individual counseling on career orientation, job searching, placement into internships, and selection of suitable training and further education opportunities
- Reducing barriers to employment

- Sustainably promoting the transition to work
Requirements
- Recognized vocational or university degree
- Experience in application coaching and preparing application documents
- Minimum one year of experience working with the target group
- Empathy and professionalism when contacting people in difficult life situations
- Value neutrality and reliability

- Motivation skills and ability for self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to shape
- Communication skills at eye level with the target group
- Willingness to cooperate closely with network partners, authorities, and employers
