About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach for our 'Digicheck' project in Berlin-Charlottenburg, starting September 1, 2026. You will support participants through individual and group coaching, guiding them towards successful job searching, internship placement, or professional development. The project emphasizes digital skills alongside job placement, aiming to empower participants towards an independent life.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching
• Conducting small group sessions
• Assessing and analyzing participants' strengths, skills, and experiences to identify career potential
• Assisting with active job searching, selecting suitable job offers, and preparing for interviews
• Teaching digital skills
• Facilitating internships or other practical placements for professional development and labor market entry
• Documentation and reporting
• Advising on the recognition of foreign qualifications
• Working in a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Recognized professional or university degree
• Experience in application coaching and creating application documents is advantageous
• Empathy and professionalism when interacting with individuals in challenging life situations
• Proficiency with digital media and the ability to teach it practically
• Comprehensive knowledge of current application methods (e.g., online portals, email applications, LinkedIn/XING)
• Experience in creating, revising, and adapting application documents (digital & analog)
• Practical knowledge of modern application formats, including digital portfolios, video applications, and one-pagers/portfolio presentations
• Proficiency with online communication and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom)
• Knowledge of digital selection processes (online tests, virtual assessment centers, video interviews) is advantageous
• Good knowledge of the regional job market and industry requirements
• At least one year of experience in the professional and social integration of the target group
• Arabic language skills are particularly desirable
