About the Role
We are seeking individuals to join our manufacturing base, where we cherish our coffee beans and food products. You will be responsible for the crucial initial stage of delivering the BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE experience to our customers, providing total support from packing and delivery preparation to internal coordination.
Responsibilities
- Order reception and delivery for various items (coffee beans, food, merchandise, etc.) from each sales team.
- Thorough understanding of coffee beans and pastries (content, weighing, bagging, organizing, and preparing efficient production lines).
- Assembly of packaging materials, packing, and labeling for all products handled by the production team.
- Management of cleaning for all areas involved in the manufacturing process.
- Support team members and maintain the smooth operation of the production process.
- Weekly machine maintenance and process improvement/problem-solving.
Requirements
- No experience necessary; experienced individuals are preferred.
- Ability to make decisions proactively and communicate smoothly with others.
- Interest in objectively understanding the mechanisms and origins of things and creating them yourself.
- Love or interest in coffee.
- Individuals who want to challenge a new job from scratch.
