About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create a variety of coffees using a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods, and grind adjustment.
- Ensure speed, efficiency, and high quality in coffee preparation, including setting and adjusting machine and grinder settings.
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure the workspace is clean.
- Assist with food service as needed.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for high-end corporate clients.
Requirements
- Availability for shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 3:30pm.
- At least 12 months of experience in a barista role within a franchise/cafe environment.
- Ability to handle a minimum of 6kg of beans per 4-hour period.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working independently.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- Strong memory for verbal-only orders.
- Willingness to undertake additional duties such as restocking fridges, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
