Responsibilities
- Provide technical training to customers on the safe setup and operation of surgical robotics systems.
- Issue certificates to physicians upon completion of training, meeting academic guidelines for robotic surgery.
- Collaborate with Capital Reps, Sales Reps, Startup Specialists, PACE, and Training Coordinators to confirm participant profiles, schedule training, and secure necessary resources.
- Conduct technical training sessions for physicians.
- Obtain a Customer Trainer Certificate to be qualified to issue customer certificates.
- Accurately convey knowledge of Hugo system operation and features to customers.
- Review HCP and installation information from reps and startup specialists.
- Update the training calendar.
- Schedule training sessions.
- Secure and assign personnel for training based on trainee needs.
- Ensure system availability for training.
- Coordinate training schedules based on trainee requirements.
- Arrange training content for on-site SuS activities.
- Provide coordinators with information needed for event applications (MS consultation, lab applications, etc.).
- Manage inventory to complete training events.
- Create records of trainee participation (applications, signatures, etc.).
- Evaluate trainee performance and award certificates to HCPs.
- Conduct pre-site training and retraining as needed.
- Incorporate updates to training content and devices into training programs.
- Arrange and lead experience lab sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, or 5 years of practical experience as a clinical engineer or nurse.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any major/department).
