About the Role

As a Medical Representative (MR), you will provide evidence-based information and contribute to regional healthcare by building trust with healthcare professionals. You will lead business in your assigned territory, collaborating with university hospitals, core hospitals, and regional medical institutions to create patient value and drive business growth. This role is crucial for accelerating market penetration and promoting appropriate use of Otsuzla, maximizing therapeutic value, and extending treatment opportunities to more patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans for the assigned territory.
  • Provide product information to university hospitals, core hospitals, regional core hospitals, and private clinics.
  • Build trust and strengthen engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Opinion Leaders (OLs).
  • Plan, manage, and follow up on events such as lectures, study sessions, and peer-to-peer programs.
  • Propose patient-centered treatments based on the Patient Journey.
  • Promote appropriate use, including Adverse Event (AE) management.
  • Implement targeting and PDCA cycles using market and customer data.
  • Drive customer engagement using digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, and Market Access.
  • Conduct sales activities in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Possess an MR certification.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (MR).
  • Proven track record in managing OLs at university and core hospitals.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing lectures that lead to problem-solving.
  • Experience in patient-centered sales activities, including comprehensive treatment proposals (AE management) and follow-up.
  • Proactively and continuously acquire knowledge of products, diseases, and pathologies.
  • Possess logical thinking skills to formulate area strategies based on market/customer analysis and targeting, and respond agilely to changes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving results by engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistently achieve excellent sales results in the assigned territory.
