About the Role
This position provides administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR People Partners (HRPP), primarily for corporate department employees. The role involves responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR reports and documents, and managing contract renewal processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level response to employee inquiries and escalate when needed
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Support contract renewal tracking and administrative processes
- Maintain HR data and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support HRBP/HRPP day-to-day operations
- Coordinate HR processes and internal communications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Advanced Excel skills required (data handling, analysis, reporting)
- Experience using global HR tools (Workday, SAP etc) and shared folders in delivering day to day operation
- Experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in different channels (verbal, written, emails, chat)
- Experience in multi-tasking in a fast environment with customer service mindset
- HRBP or HR operations support experience (preferred)
- ER exposure (preferred)
- English communication skills (nice to have, not mandatory)
