About the Role
Help governments deliver better services through great software. We build software that powers some of Australia's most important public sector organisations. Our RegWorks platform helps government agencies streamline regulation, compliance and field operations, enabling better outcomes for communities. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in SaaS delivery and enjoys partnering with customers to turn complex implementations into success stories.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of implementation projects, guiding customers from project kick-off through to successful delivery.
- Keep projects moving, remove roadblocks, manage commercial outcomes and build trusted customer relationships.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines and risk.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and become their trusted delivery advisor.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure customers realise long-term value.
- Drive project governance, reporting and commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to continuously improving the way we deliver projects across the business.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects.
- Experience working for a SaaS vendor, software company or technology consultancy.
- Strong project financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for customer success.
- Australian Citizenship required.
- Eligible to obtain a government security clearance if required.
