About the Role

This team provides operational and administrative support to the B2B sales team, aiming to enhance overall efficiency, shorten support SLAs, and ensure a smooth experience for merchants. Key responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of requests, from registering new store requests and menu setup to data entry and store closure procedures based on SOPs. By performing these standardized batch tasks with rigorous data validation, we significantly reduce the administrative burden on sales representatives.

Responsibilities

Manage and operate B2B brands post-acquisition.
Liaise with B2B sales and account management teams, and respond to inquiries from brands.
Act as a connector between the B2B team and relevant stakeholders.
Manage and cleanse necessary data using Microsoft Office (data cleaning and formatting).

Requirements

Basic operational skills in Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to adhere to discipline and proceed with tasks accurately according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
