About the Role
BGIS is seeking a detail-oriented Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator to provide operational and compliance support for a major government office in Berkshire Park. This client-facing role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data, reporting, and asset information, working closely with senior executives, BGIS colleagues, and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset registers and CMMS data
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and vendor performance
- Review PPM invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
- Assist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation
- Support Facilities Managers and client representatives with contract and vendor administration
- Participate in monthly reporting, compliance checks, and process improvements
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and BGIS teams
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in facilities, asset, or contract administration
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good organisational skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Australian Citizenship or Residency
- Previous experience with CMMS or asset management systems (desirable)
- Background in facilities management or property services (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret service reports or technical documents (desirable)
