About the Role

BGIS is seeking a detail-oriented Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator to provide operational and compliance support for a major government office in Berkshire Park. This client-facing role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data, reporting, and asset information, working closely with senior executives, BGIS colleagues, and service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update asset registers and CMMS data
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and vendor performance
  • Review PPM invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
  • Assist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Support Facilities Managers and client representatives with contract and vendor administration
  • Participate in monthly reporting, compliance checks, and process improvements
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and BGIS teams

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in facilities, asset, or contract administration
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
  • Australian Citizenship or Residency
  • Previous experience with CMMS or asset management systems (desirable)
  • Background in facilities management or property services (desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret service reports or technical documents (desirable)
