About the Role
We are looking for experienced career counselors to join our consultant pool for future project assignments. This is a temporary full-time position with the potential for further assignments or conversion to a permanent role. You are flexible, have a strong digital affinity, and effectively use innovative digital tools in consulting, then you are exactly right for us.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients in all phases of career change – from defining their position and goals, to market preparation and self-presentation, to decision-making.
- Consulting experts/academics up to senior management in individual mandates, in person and virtually.
- Consulting in transfer companies/agencies (TG/TA), from profiling to individual counseling to application training.
- Integration of digital von Rundstedt products into the consulting process.
- Use of labor market, employability, and trend knowledge (Future Skills, AI).
- Conduct (virtual) training on application-relevant topics.
- Support in the sales process (introductory meetings, information events).
- Documentation of consultation-relevant data and content.
Requirements
- Academic education and relevant professional experience in outplacement/career counseling, as well as experience with funded measures (TA/TG).
- Ideally with systemic coaching training or qualification in training or coaching.
- Well-stocked methods toolbox, knowledge of various job profiles, future skills requirements, application processes, and labor market trends including relevant access routes (Social Media).
- Experience in the target group-oriented execution of (virtual) workshops and training.
- Structured, independent way of working, empathy, appreciation with clear communication, service orientation.
- Proficient in the use of digital tools, AI, and virtual collaboration; confident handling of MS Office 365 / MS Dynamics.
- Willingness to travel, very good English skills.
