About the Role
Manage a portfolio of disputes across Australia and New Zealand, working towards fair, practical, and timely resolution of complaints made to external bodies like AFCA and OAIC.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complaints from initiation through investigation.
- Evaluate documentation and determine the best course of action for the complainant and Credit Corp.
- Ensure operational compliance by adhering to processes and policies.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of team policies and processes.
- Maintain strong external and internal stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in dispute resolution within Financial Services (ideally 3-5 years).
- Ability to critically assess complaints and recommend system or process improvements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Available for permanent full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
