About the Role

As a Back of House Coordinator at our Fairview Mall location, you will play a vital role in the success of the JD Sports team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your operations skills and expand your knowledge of stock management within the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House associates in fulfilling in-store customer requests.
• Lead day-to-day stockroom operations, ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory receiving, handling, and organization to contribute to retail profitability.
• Execute end-to-end e-commerce sales, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
• Reduce store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Utilize the internal inventory system daily.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
