About the Role

Our Retail team is looking for a part-time sales associate at our CF Masonville Place location. This role offers the opportunity to improve customer experience skills and expand knowledge in the fashion industry. A sales associate plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the JD Sports team by delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for the online store.

Requirements

• Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner.
• Highly organized.
• Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines.
• Able to multitask and learn new programs quickly.
• Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments.
