About the Role
Insignia Financial is seeking experienced Change Managers and Senior Change Managers for future opportunities within its talent community, supporting strategic programs and business initiatives. This expression of interest targets professionals with Wealth Management and/or Superannuation experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies and plans.
- Drive change outcomes from planning through to delivery.
- Support business and technology strategic initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively across the business and within an Enterprise Change Practice environment.
- Manage relationships and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex strategic initiatives within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation organisations.
- Experience delivering change initiatives within complex Wealth Management and/or Superannuation environments is essential.
- Ability to develop and execute change strategies and plans.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to driving change outcomes from planning through to delivery.
- Experience supporting business and technology strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across the business and within an Enterprise Change Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Advice and Adviser Experience within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation is highly regarded.
- Experience in Digital and Technology within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation is highly regarded.
- Experience in Platform Migration and Administration within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation is highly regarded.
- Experience in Successor Fund Transfer (SFT) Programs within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation is highly regarded.
- Must provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
- Must undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
