About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs at Firmus. Depending on the assignment, you may be externally facing – managing delivery with our key customers, including major hyper-scalers and frontier model builders – or internally facing, driving the strategic infrastructure and platform programs that power Firmus AI Cloud. In both cases, you will act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiatives land with minimal disruption and maximum value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of programs end to end, translating ambiguous goals into structured, phased plans with clear scope, timelines, and milestones.
  • Run the operating rhythm of daily or weekly syncs, executive status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Make technical trade-off decisions that balance internal velocity against customer and business impact.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for major hyper-scalers and frontier model builders, owning customer communications and advisories, and driving adoption milestones and feedback loops (externally facing).
  • Lead cross-team platform and infrastructure programs that power Firmus AI Cloud and align internal sponsors and engineering leaders on roadmaps and delivery (internally facing).
  • Bring command of AI Factory architecture, GPU performance and benchmarking, and infrastructure constraints to answer questions directly and validate impact assessments.
  • Orchestrate delivery across engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions.
  • Run a regular leadership cadence to manage escalations and hold communication timelines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in Technical Program or Project Management.
  • 4+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, with direct external customer exposure or delivering internal enterprise programs.
  • Technical fluency across the AI/ML stack: robust understanding of AI hardware, large-scale networks, and cloud architectures.
  • Practical experience building, scaling, and operating high-density infrastructure and systems.
  • Ability to draft clear, empathetic, and technically accurate customer-facing advisories.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and internal engineering leaders.
  • Comfortable in high-ambiguity environments where program structures often need to be created.
  • Proven track record delivering programs such as enterprise feature rollouts with customer-specific configurations, cloud migrations for enterprise customers, large-scale GPU infrastructure or data-centre buildouts, and internal platform migrations or cross-team infrastructure rollouts (ideal).
