About the Role
Quantium is seeking an individual to join the wiqConsumer team, specifically the Scan team, to deliver advanced analytics solutions to FMCG and retail clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of client operations and bridging the gap between deal closure and client delivery, guaranteeing a seamless experience and securing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and provide accurate quotes for data entitlements or contract variations.
- Manage the complete contract process from drafting to execution, ensuring timely delivery to Scan clients.
- Coordinate client information delivery to Product teams for appropriate access and services.
- Establish and continuously improve administration and system processes for the Scan team.
- Deliver coordination support including commercial pipeline reports and CRM management.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience with an understanding of general finance processes.
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP) and Word.
- CRM management experience in Salesforce/HubSpot is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with conflicting timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for working to and improving processes.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
