About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Arncliffe Outlet. This is a casual role where the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times is essential. You will provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers, sell premium products by highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions, ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard, process and replenish stock according to company standards, and achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
- Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
- Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
