Drive ownership and accountability across the operation through clear expectations and consistent leadership. Champion a strong safety-first mindset and foster a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. Lead workforce planning, rostering and resource management to meet operational demands. Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with service expectations. Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes and systems. Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), food safety, quality and operational standards. Build strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within warehousing, transport, logistics or FMCG environments
- Demonstrated ability to build team engagement and lead positive cultural change
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability with a passion for developing leaders
- Experience managing performance and leading difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Proactive and visible leadership style that drives accountability and ownership
- Genuine commitment to safety and a track record of creating safe, high-performing workplaces
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
