About the Role

The Moulder Technician operates and monitors production line equipment, ensuring production targets and schedules are met while adhering to safety and quality standards in a 24/5 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to achieve production targets.
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and customer requirements.
• Comply with all WHS, quality, environmental, and food safety standards.
• Accurately record production and downtime data to support continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain high housekeeping and workplace organisation standards.

Requirements

• Experience operating blow moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to identify issues, analyse problems and respond with effective, cost-efficient solutions.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing or similar high-quality production environment.
• Proactive approach to safety and ability to work within a strong behavioural safety culture.
• Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
