About the Role
Join our Bankstown team as an Allied Health Team Leader and contribute to a clinician-led community focused on growth and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure site clinicians and staff are onboarded, offboarded, connected, recognised, and supported.
- Encourage a culture of learning, collaboration, and positive workplace culture.
- Ensure site management is completed in line with company policies.
- Supervise site-based allied health assistants and ensure their appropriate utilisation.
- Collaborate with management on cultural initiatives to improve site culture and performance.
- Encourage interdisciplinary referrals between team members.
- Monitor and celebrate team members' milestones and achievements.
- Foster engagement between team members for effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Allied Health profession.
- Registered Member of your professional body.
- Good understanding of the relevant healthcare industry (e.g., NDIS/Disability/Community Settings).
- Prior management experience is desirable.
