About the Role

Join our Bankstown team as an Allied Health Team Leader and contribute to a clinician-led community focused on growth and high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure site clinicians and staff are onboarded, offboarded, connected, recognised, and supported.
  • Encourage a culture of learning, collaboration, and positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure site management is completed in line with company policies.
  • Supervise site-based allied health assistants and ensure their appropriate utilisation.
  • Collaborate with management on cultural initiatives to improve site culture and performance.
  • Encourage interdisciplinary referrals between team members.
  • Monitor and celebrate team members' milestones and achievements.
  • Foster engagement between team members for effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Allied Health profession.
  • Registered Member of your professional body.
  • Good understanding of the relevant healthcare industry (e.g., NDIS/Disability/Community Settings).
  • Prior management experience is desirable.
