About the Role

As a Site Team Leader, you will support clinicians within your site while managing an independent caseload. You will foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment, assist with onboarding and offboarding, supervise Allied Health Assistants, and serve as the primary point of contact for site-level support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments
  • Build and maintain enduring client relationships
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex cases and treatment approaches
  • Foster a positive and high-performing site culture
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day staff queries and site-level support

Requirements

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
