About the Role
As a Site Team Leader, you will support clinicians within your site while managing an independent caseload. You will foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment, assist with onboarding and offboarding, supervise Allied Health Assistants, and serve as the primary point of contact for site-level support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex cases and treatment approaches
- Foster a positive and high-performing site culture
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day staff queries and site-level support
Requirements
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- NDIS check
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
