About the Role

Better Rehab is clinician-founded and clinician-led, offering realistic expectations, genuine flexibility, and a workplace designed for sustainable careers. Occupational Therapists have control over their diary structure with flexibility across community, clinic, and work-from-home options, focusing on outcomes and quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work across homes, clinics, and community settings.
  • Build long-term relationships and see the progress you help create.
  • Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary team support.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional registration (AHPRA; limited may be considered).
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship considered.
