Better Rehab is a clinician-founded organization offering Occupational Therapists autonomy and flexibility. You will support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that prioritizes quality care and sustainable career growth.
Responsibilities
- Support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload
- Work across homes, clinics, and community settings
- Build long-term relationships with participants
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 11 professionals
- Participate in 1:1 and group clinical supervision
Requirements
- Relevant professional registration with AHPRA (limited registration may be considered)
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered
