About the Role
Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals aged 6 to 65. This role offers flexibility, work-from-home options, and customized supervision, allowing you to design your week around your energy and focus on what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
- Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
- Be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
Requirements
- PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
