Requirements

Experience as a Scrub Scout RN (neuro, ortho, or complex surgical experience highly regarded).
A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
The ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in high-acuity settings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Current Australian AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Flexibility to work a mix of morning and evening shifts (no night shifts required).
