About the Role

The Business Operations Manager will serve as the connective tissue across the organization, driving cross-functional coordination and building operational infrastructure to help the company scale. This role involves working closely with leadership to ensure efficient execution across GTM, customer success, compliance, product, engineering, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional follow-through and track dependencies across teams
• Identify operational gaps and build practical, lightweight solutions
• Document SOPs to ensure processes are repeatable and searchable
• Operationalize compliance processes and maintain a repository of operational knowledge
• Manage and improve the internal tool stack including Asana, Notion, Slack, and Attio
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Support leadership in delivering product, customer, and compliance-related enablement
• Prepare materials for internal meetings, business reviews, and reporting cycles
• Capture meeting decisions and ensure action items are tracked
• Manage senior stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or program management
• Highly organized with established personal systems
• Ability to push back on senior stakeholders effectively
• AI-forward and automation-minded approach to work
• Fast, independent learner capable of using first principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
• High attention to detail and ability to close the loop independently
