About the Role

News Corp Australia is seeking a Group Digital Lead to drive data-led, product-driven digital growth across assigned industry verticals. This role involves partnering with Client Partners to develop audience-first, insight-led solutions leveraging digital assets for measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a digital subject matter expert with a growth mindset, capable of translating complex data into compelling commercial narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital revenue growth through product-led, insight-driven strategies tailored by industry maturity.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities by scaling existing revenue in established industries and creating demand in emerging segments.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into industry-relevant commercial narratives and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed digital thinking and data-led strategies across the client lifecycle.
  • Provide structured industry feedback to internal teams to inform the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital media, sales, trading, or strategy roles.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven marketing, audience strategy, and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of Digital and video ecosystems, Data-led targeting and measurement, and Commercial media models.
  • Experience working across Retail, Travel, Finance, Entertainment, Health & Beauty Industries.
  • Growth-oriented with high commercial acumen and a commitment to staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Experience working with agencies and clients in a commercial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
