About the Role
This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality, compliant marketing activity across our partner network within the Travel Guard team. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, support new initiatives, and ensure all communications align with brand, customer experience, and regulatory standards, driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in travel insurance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provide marketing guidance and support to partners to enable effective campaign delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and share strategic and creative ideas
- Review and approve partner marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards
- Support the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns and product initiatives
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, campaign activity and marketing assets
Requirements
- Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong written and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong organisational skills
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders and building effective working relationships
- Understanding of marketing channels and best practice across digital and print
- Experience analysing campaign data and using insights to improve outcomes
