About the Role

Authorium is transforming the way agencies manage complex, document-centric workflows. Our unified platform integrates essential administrative functions—from Budgeting to Procurement to Contracting—streamlining government operations. As an Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE), you are a delivery owner responsible for key customer delivery and engagement motions, including discovery, configuration of solutions, and documentation. This role blends system consulting with individual and team contributions, fostering collaboration to improve the product and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration of templates, workflows, and rules based on established design patterns.
  • Assist in translating customer requirements into functional system setups.
  • Maintain a clear pulse on assigned tasks, surfacing blockers or questions early.
  • Draft design documentation, workflow logic diagrams, and configuration notes.
  • Ensure all "as-built" documentation is accurate and reflects the final state of the customer environment.
  • Help prepare handoff materials for Quality Assurance.
  • Co-lead discovery sessions and working meetings to capture requirements and action items.
  • Increasingly take on facilitation for specific, defined segments of the implementation journey.
  • Prepare presentation materials and platform demos for customer-facing meetings.
  • Execute disciplined QA practices and UAT scripts to validate configurations.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for configuration issues, documenting reproduction steps.
  • Assist in data validation and clean-up for platform launches.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand new features.
  • Leverage internal playbooks and templates for consistency.
  • Actively participate in peer reviews to refine best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (Implementation, Support, or Junior Analyst) preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong logical aptitude: Ability to understand conditional logic (if/then/else) and structured data.
  • High attention to detail: Proven ability to manage documentation and follow complex processes.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to explain technical steps clearly to both internal teammates and external users.
  • Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced technical environments with continuous product delivery and ongoing learning.
  • Experience supporting public-sector (or similar high-compliance environments) customers and familiarity with procurement, contracting, grants, budgeting, or vendor workflows.
  • Exposure to integration-adjacent delivery work (e.g., data flows, sequencing considerations, APIs, or ETL concepts).
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in delivery across multiple stakeholders and surface risks proactively.
  • Experience contributing to or improving delivery standards, templates, or playbooks.
