About the Role
The Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Foundation's community impact, fundraising, and philanthropic initiatives. This role involves programmatic, fundraising, and operational support to ensure initiatives are strategically planned, effectively implemented, and evaluated to maximize impact and donor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of Foundation programs, educational initiatives, and community impact projects
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, application processes, participant communications, budgets, and reporting
- Support planning and implementation of community impact initiatives
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, signature events, volunteer activities, and community engagement programs
- Assist with donor stewardship, sponsorship fulfillment, and partner engagement
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, and on-site event execution
- Track program and fundraising metrics and prepare impact reports
- Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and fundraising outcomes
- Support community outreach and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to achieve goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in nonprofit management, program management, community engagement, project management, philanthropy, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends for home games and events
