About the Role

This role involves assisting customers with wireless plans, devices, and accessories, activating new lines, and providing excellent customer service. You will recommend products, meet sales targets, and process transactions accurately while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories
• Activate new lines, upgrades, and account changes
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs
• Meet individual and store sales targets
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
• Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro, Verizon, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned store locations if needed
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

Salary/Compensations

• $10–15 per hour, based on experience
• Uncapped commission with an average of $1,500 per month
• Top performers earn $4,000+ per month
