About the Role

We are seeking a Field Service Mechanic to join our fast-growing team. This individual should be able to maintain confidentiality and have a high level of mechanical aptitude. The candidate must be safety-oriented, analytical, perceptive, with a critical thinking mindset, and possess effective communication skills and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new equipment and ensuring it operates correctly.
  • Performing proactive service checks and preventative maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Diagnosing and fixing issues with malfunctioning equipment.
  • Identifying problems and implementing solutions to restore equipment functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use and maintain their equipment.
  • Keeping detailed records of services performed, assets used, and customer interactions.
  • Frequently traveling to various customer sites to provide on-site service.
  • Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy.
  • Providing elite customer service.
