About the Role

As an Athlete Advisor, you represent Wilson to our customers and community, creating an exceptional athlete experience by educating on performance sportswear and hardgoods, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for play and education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences.
• Handle cash and register transactions.
• Accept returns, verifying items align with policy.
• Manage inventory.
• Replenish salesfloor items.
• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure store cleanliness, tidying throughout the day.
• Support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date product education on the latest equipment and sportswear.
• Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and beauty.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
• Ability to connect with and solve for the needs of every athlete.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Driven by a high level of autonomy and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Value bold ideas and pursue progress.
