Responsibilities

  • Oversee project/engagement/contract/activity daily and deliver high-quality results within identified objectives and constraints.
  • Ensure effective use of allocated resources.
  • Manage risk and issues.
  • Manage project/engagement communication and stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, secure, monitor, and manage resources and work to deliver specific project goals.
  • Ensure client needs are satisfied through application solution development, implementation, and delivery.
  • Manage the overall project/engagement plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on schedule, within scope, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revising as needed.
  • Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Review team deliverables before client submission.
  • Apply methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Review team member status reports and address issues.
  • Learn new products, develop functional knowledge, and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including presentations and solution demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing IT projects with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • At least 5 years of Commerce Project Management Experience.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Commerce Project Management Experience.
  • Experience with Modified Agile Methodology.
  • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
  • Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Commerce lifecycle implementations.
  • Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 5 Commerce engagements.
  • Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
