Responsibilities
- Oversee project/engagement/contract/activity daily and deliver high-quality results within identified objectives and constraints.
- Ensure effective use of allocated resources.
- Manage risk and issues.
- Manage project/engagement communication and stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, secure, monitor, and manage resources and work to deliver specific project goals.
- Ensure client needs are satisfied through application solution development, implementation, and delivery.
- Manage the overall project/engagement plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on schedule, within scope, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Create and execute project work plans, revising as needed.
- Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review team deliverables before client submission.
- Apply methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Review team member status reports and address issues.
- Learn new products, develop functional knowledge, and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including presentations and solution demonstrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years managing IT projects with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- At least 5 years of Commerce Project Management Experience.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce Commerce Project Management Experience.
- Experience with Modified Agile Methodology.
- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
- Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Commerce lifecycle implementations.
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 5 Commerce engagements.
- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
- A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
