About the Role
As a Studio Manager, you will deliver a world-class CorePower Yoga experience by leading studio operations, coaching the CPY classroom experience, ensuring a premium in-studio environment, and training yoga teachers and leaders. You will build and lead a team, fostering a Core Values culture, and collaborate with your District Manager to achieve company and studio goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga.
- Manage all day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
- Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals.
- Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Lead and recruit for Teacher Training (TT) programs to support teacher recruitment and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
- Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team (SET) to deliver an excellent studio and class experience.
- Stabilize and grow the studio's revenue, profitability, and cultural growth.
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in-studio, with flexibility for additional hours and on-call duties.
- Be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
- Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols.
- Partner with the analytics team to design the optimal schedule for the community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or equivalent leadership position.
- Facilitation and training experience required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community.
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance metrics.
- Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice.
