About the Role
Our trading teams are comprised of traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers who examine global markets, seeking to understand the complexities of various traded products and exchanges. You will receive training in trading, financial markets, probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset, then devise trading strategies across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Devise trading strategies across global markets.
- Participate in mock trading sessions, poker training, and other modules designed to improve probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Seeking sharp analytical minds from top undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning.
- Competitive spirit and uncommon drive to learn and improve.
- Programming experience.

- Reliable and predictable availability required.
