As the face of Dutch Bros, you’ll connect with customers, hustle with heart, and bring positive energy onto every single shift. This role is fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet, moving quickly, and keeping up with a steady flow of customers while delivering next-level service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, make genuine connections, and ensure every visit is full of kindness & fun.
• Help customers navigate the menu and discover new favorites, all while delivering top-tier service.
• Live out the Dutch Bros values: radiate kindness, get up early, stay up late, and change the world.
• Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with the hustle of a busy shop.
• Show up on time, communicate your availability, and be ready to roll when your shift starts.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards.
