Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions.
- Deliver remarkable results that meet or exceed specified engagement objectives.
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management.
- Construct enduring client relationships to sell additional project work.
- Manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
- Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives.
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
