About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Application Software Development Engineer to design, build, and deploy applications with stringent customer controls within Intel Foundry Automation - Government Programs. This role offers opportunities to excel, grow, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test cloud-native applications and microservices.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services.
- Ensure security best practices across cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Create and execute manual and automated test plans/suites.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.
- 2+ years of direct experience in building cloud solutions on Azure.
- 1+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.
- Experience with Azure database services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for MySQL/PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
- Experience in Web Services, micro-Services development, Data Architecture or Container technologies (Kubernetes, etc.).
