About the Role

This is a temporary full-time role supporting the operations of the Alaia team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wholesale admin support, including order entry and revisions.
  • Enter and revise wholesale orders.
  • Provide copy information to wholesale partners.
  • Create and submit new wholesale accounts and doors.
  • Create return authorizations (RTVs).
  • Research and dispute chargebacks.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Warehouse teams on shipment issues.
  • Set up new accounts and doors in SAP.
  • Partner with HQ on master data upload for SAP articles, RSP, margin group, article weight, delivery program, and EANs.
  • Extract and format order confirmations.
  • Request and reconcile EDI POs.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including delivery date, pricing date, margin group, unit confirmation, pricing, route, and client-specific requirements.
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues and system errors.
  • Manage NAP orders and shipments.
  • Order FUR for CITES styles and RFID labels for Nordstrom.
  • Implement wholesale partners' new packing and routing requirements.
  • Run and send out reporting, including shipping recaps and AR logs.
  • Manage daily communications with clients regarding shipments, reorders, stock availability, and mis-shipments.
  • Assist the Retail Operations and Commercial teams as needed.
  • Assist with the Friends and Family Sale.

Requirements

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Background in Operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Able to work independently when necessary.
  • Attention to detail is key.
