About the Role
The Retail Sales Associate serves as a guide for the guest shopping experience, acting as a communicator, entertainer, and memorabilia curator to ensure guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and answer questions accurately and politely
- Manage phone inquiries
- Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale system
- Handle cash and maintain accurate drawer balances
- Direct guests to store areas and facilities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and inform guests of features and benefits
- Engage guests in 1-on-1 conversations to determine needs
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage product stock levels through retail pulls and inventories
- Display products according to visual standards
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties including cleaning and organizing
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and create raving fans
Requirements
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance according to company guidelines
