About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Limelight's financial planning platform, guiding customers through their business models to design scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. This cross-functional role requires sharp communication and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new Limelight customers, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
- Design, configure, and validate financial models, templates, and reports within the Limelight platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for client finance teams throughout onboarding and implementation.
- Translate financial concepts into scalable technology solutions—budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, dashboards, allocations, etc.
- Provide guidance and best practices on modeling approaches and reporting outputs.
- Partner with internal product, and success teams to ensure client goals are met.
- Train client users and ensure successful adoption.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while keeping clients informed and confident.
- Build long-term relationships and help expand the usage of Limelight post-implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, accounting systems, financial analysis, or financial software implementation
- Strong understanding of financial planning cycles—budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, reporting
- Experience with tools like Excel, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive or other FP&A tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SaaS environment
